Shipping
Shirtworks offers a flat $4.95 rate for all orders up to $200 in the continental United States. Remote areas, Hawaii,
Alaska, and International orders will incur extra shipping charges. If you have any questions about shipping pricing, or
your order please use our Contact Page and we will respond as soon as possible.
General Returns Policy
You may return new, unworn items sold and fulfilled by Shirtworks.biz within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the
item, less the Shipping and Handling charges, and a 15% restocking fee. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. Shirtworks does
not reimburse shipping charges for returns unless the return is a result of an error on the part of Shirtworks. Items that
have been worn, stained, washed, or altered in any manner rendering them in any state other than "new" are considered not
saleable, and will be returned to the customer without refund at the customer's expense.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many
cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from
the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days),
and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your
refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
